I am more than just an online coach. I create a safe and empowering community for women to rediscover their love for themselves, their bodies and their lives and reconnect with who they really are.

In many cases, most women I've met have stuck to a diet, plan, or regime for a period of time, and seen some results.
But the problem? Those results haven't lasted.

My journey started as I approach my 30's. I was out of shape, low on energy, low on self-esteem, lacking confidence and direction in my life. I'd tried countless fad diets and training programs, and nothing seemed to stick and was completely at my wits end. Trust me, I know how it feels to be so discouraged.
Thinking it would turn my life around and get me into a healthy lifestyle, I started competing in bodybuilding shows. I found myself in an unhealthy downward spiral into self-loathing and a miserable relationship with diet and exercise.
After 5 years of competing, I decided enough was ENOUGH. It was time to learn how to be HEALTHY both on the outside AND the inside.
And now, I help women just like you do the same
